Great hotel. Very well located in Puerto de la Cruz, close to the Plaza del Charco and the bus station.
Spacious room, good bathroom and very good daily cleaning. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was very good. Excellent value for money. 100% recommendable.

Swimming pool on the roof. In 4 minutes at the Plaza del Charco. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.
Points to improve; difficult parking and privacy of the toilet (there is no physical separation wall and the door is glazed but not transparent).
Great hotel, second to none! The staff has been very attentive and friendly at all times!!! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable and nothing bad to say about the buffet. Without a doubt, we will repeat the experience at this hotel. Congratulations to the staff and thank you for everything!!!!

Comfortable beds, spacious room with very large terrace. Spectacular service, always clean. Very varied breakfast.
The room was brutal and the bed was super comfortable. The treatment was very good. I will repeat for sure.
Staff attention, location, parking facilities, breakfast buffet, facilities, swimming pools...
The hotel is very good, renovated, new facilities, the bed very spacious and comfortable, large room, large bathroom, l and very modern and like the whole hotel super clean.
The food buffet is quite good with fresh fish and meat every night and breakfast with everything you could possibly want.
Perhaps there is a little bit of a mess in the dining room because there are a lot of people at the same time, but the staff are very efficient, although we have never had to wait in line to get a table.
In five minutes you are in the centre of town in the Plaza del Charco and at the same distance you have a free parking area.
In short, in our opinion, 100% recommendable.
I stayed a few days in this hotel and the stay was very satisfactory, it is a very quiet hotel to rest, the room was spacious, renovated, clean and with comfortable beds. Good breakfast with variety. The receptionist, José Carlos, was very friendly and pleasant. I recommend the hotel, I went with my family and I will come back.
